Job Description:

• Develop annual marketing plans and strategies for brands.
• Brand positioning, segmentation strategy, messaging and overall product communication plan.
• Manage, implement and test the effectiveness of Marketing programs.
• Coordinate with other departments in producing media content, organizing PR and booking on multiple platforms.
• Manage brand costs and budgets.
• Train and manage staff according to the company's common goals.
• Prepare professional reports as required.

Interest:

• Income:
  Salary 18-25 million VND, lunch allowance 30,000 VND/day, parking support 150,000 VND/month.
  13th, 14th, 15th month salary bonus and fixed salary review twice a year. Bonuses on holidays and anniversaries.

Job requirements:

• Male/Female, 27 - 37 years old, University graduate majoring in Marketing or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in the position of Brand Leader/Manager.
• Successfully built at least 01 brand, priority given to those with experience in the mother & baby field.
• Understanding of multi-platform marketing, with team management and training skills.
