Job Description:

• Build a brand strategy that aligns with the company's "Renewing Life" goal.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing team to build keyword library and strategic content.
• Plan and implement multi-channel communication activities (online and social media).
• Conduct marketing campaigns such as events, sponsorships, social responsibility programs.
• Oversee production of promotional materials and ensure all activities are consistent with brand values.
• Support new product development, pricing and launch.
• Research consumer behavior, analyze market trends and competitors.
• Analyze sales forecasts, prepare related financial reports.
• Set budgets, monitor sales, and build communities.
• Train employees and partners on company brands and products.
• Measure, report campaign effectiveness and evaluate KPIs and ROI.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Brand Manager.
• Modern, youthful, luxurious aesthetic taste.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Positive thinking, concerned with work results.
• Ability to work in a team and interact well with departments.
• Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.

Other Information:

• Probationary period: 2 months
• Working hours: 08:00 - 17:30, from Monday to Friday (lunch break from 12:00 - 13:00)
• Age: No limit
